By accessing or using the website at rvworlddmc.com or engaging the services of RV World DMC Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, travel agents, tour operators, and other users who access or use our services.

RV World DMC Pvt Ltd operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) Destination Management Company. Our services are available only to:

• Licensed travel agents and agencies
• Registered tour operators
• Corporate travel managers
• Other accredited travel industry professionals

We do not offer services directly to individual end consumers. Any inquiry submitted through our website is understood to be from a qualified travel trade professional.

RV World DMC Pvt Ltd provides ground-handling and destination management services including, but not limited to:

• Tailor-made itinerary planning for Japan and Greece
• Hotel and accommodation sourcing and booking
• Private transfers and fleet management
• Guided tours, cultural experiences, and excursions
• Airport meet-and-greet and on-ground assistance
• Group travel coordination and MICE services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation in writing. Verbal commitments do not constitute a binding agreement.

All bookings must be submitted in writing via email or our official inquiry form. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from RV World DMC Pvt Ltd and payment of the applicable deposit.

RV World DMC Pvt Ltd reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

All prices quoted are in the currency specified in the proposal and are valid for the period stated. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in supplier costs, currency exchange rates, taxes, or government levies.

• A deposit (as specified in the proposal) is required to confirm a booking.
• Full payment is due as per the payment schedule outlined in the booking confirmation.
• Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

Cancellation charges apply as follows (unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation):

• More than 60 days before travel: Loss of deposit only.
• 30–60 days before travel: 50% of total booking value.
• 15–29 days before travel: 75% of total booking value.
• Less than 15 days before travel: 100% of total booking value (no refund).

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 business days of the cancellation confirmation. RV World DMC Pvt Ltd is not liable for any bank charges or currency conversion losses incurred during refund processing.

RV World DMC Pvt Ltd acts as a ground operator and coordinator. We are not the principal supplier of flights, international transport, or travel insurance. Accordingly:

• We accept no liability for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party suppliers.
• We accept no liability for loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government actions.
• Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the agent for the affected booking.

Travel agents are responsible for ensuring their clients hold valid travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, itineraries, and design — is the intellectual property of RV World DMC Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

RV World DMC Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
